May 3, 2024 (OTTAWA) – Food and Beverage Canada (FBC-ABC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Conway, CEO of Food and Beverage Ontario, as its new Vice-Chair, and Gabrielle Fallu, Head, Public Relations and Government Affairs at Exceldor Cooperative as its new Corporate Secretary. Both Chris and Gabrielle have been elected for a two-year term. Additionally, Michael Burrows, CEO of Maple Lodge Farms, has graciously agreed to continue in his role as Past Chair.
FBC-ABC extends its deepest appreciation to outgoing Vice-Chair, James Donaldson of BC Food & Beverage. and Secretary, Del Rollo of Arterra Wines Canada, for their unwavering commitment to the association and its advocacy efforts in Ottawa. Del and James will continue to serve on the Board of Directors.
Additionally, FBC-ABC would like to announce the appointment of Marie Ly, Senior Director, Industry & Government Affairs at Gay Lea Foods to the Board of Directors for a three-year term. We are confident that with her experience and background, Marie will serve as an excellent addition to the organization.
